Art Contest! (Not mine) 5k point prize!

. This will be a mini contest for this groups next contest, a few months ago I came up with the three main contests I wanted to hold going into 2017 and ending 2016, I had a list of contests themes I wanted to do I was able to work it down to 3 big contests, a Thanksgiving contest, a Will Vandom Birthday contest, and a Christmas themed contest, but at the same time, I still wanted to do something for Halloween, something that I could offered and still do the others so I thought of the mini contests I held before, it has been 2 years since I did one and so this is it... these contest will have 5 years and no bonuses or Grand Prize winners... 5 total winners only a a month long contest

Commission Rules

BY PURCHASING A COMMISSION FROM ME, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:
•After you've purchased the commission, the picture is yours to use. You may do whatever you wish with it, including using it for commercial work.
•The commission is not refundable. (This means that once you have purchase the commission, you cannot return it.)
•You must credit me for the picture where necessary! (This includes not removing my signature)
•If you commissioned me as a gift to someone else, that it okay! But I would like to be told by the commissioner of where it goes (it would be appreciated, as I'd like to change who the character belongs to/who the picture is for on the deviation to prevent any confusion).
•Don't claim my work/sell it as yours!!! (This should be an obvious rule)
•I still retain the right to post the art of the commission in my gallery/portfolio/etc. I will credit ownership of the character to whoever commissioned it.
WHAT YOU WILL GET AFTER THE PURCHASE:
•Full resolution image of the commission via note. Generally it's a 1000x1000 image.
•The right to use the image as you wish.

Adoptable Rules

•Trading and gifting the adopt is fine, but if possible I'd like to be notified, by the previous owner, of where it goes (it would be appreciated, as I'd like to change who the character belongs to on the deviation to prevent any confusion).
•If you own the character, you may re-sell it. But again: If possible I'd like to be notified, by the previous owner, of where it goes.
•I still retain the right to post the art of the adoptable in my gallery/portfolio/etc. I will credit ownership of the character to whomever bought them.

Quick Update

School:
My Grades are crap and I'm behind. But once I get caught up hopefully my grades will be passing and I can draw more.
Art:
I haven't been able to draw very much, however my sister just got a new drawing tablet which means I can use her old one. Hopefully that means more drawing! ^-^
Other:
I finally stopped biting my nails so now that they've grown out I can't stop painting them. Super into nail art as of late.
Anyways, that basically sums up everything that's been going on.
Sorry I've been away so long.
